Life in today’s world can sometimes be very hectic and we don’t always take time to eat a well-balanced diet. For this reason, some people supplement their diets with vitamins in pill/tablet form. But the vitamins and minerals contained in this type of supplement are not always in the amounts that our bodies require nor in a form that is easily available once it reaches our digestive system.
